Definitions:

5-SS or SS-5 This is the number of games (5) and the style of the tournament. In a SS tournament you are scheduled to play all the games; if you win you play other players who won, if you lose you player other players who lost, etc.

G/25 d/5 The time control for the event. G/25 means "game in 25 minutes." Each player will get 25 minutes on their clock to make all of their moves. "d5" means "delay 5 seconds." Before each move you will get 5 free seconds - a delay - before your clock continues counting down.

G/3 inc/2 Each player will get 3 minutes on their clock to make all of their moves. "inc/2" means "increment 2 seconds." After each move, 2 seconds will be added to your clock.

G/5 d/0 Each player will get a total of 5 minutes on their clock to make all of their moves.

$100 B/20 The total prize pool for the tournament is $100, distributed based on 20 paid entries. If the number of paid entries exceeds 20, the prize pool will increase. Conversely, if fewer than 20 entries are received, the prize pool will decrease. 

Quads: Four player round-robin.

Chief TD: Head of the tournament and makes the final calls regarding any disputes on the tournament floor.
